1. Operational Changes and Timelines:

It is hereby notified that:

(i) New account opening with Capmint shall be discontinued w.e.f 25th September 2026.

(ii) No fresh trades in the delivery / cash market shall be allowed w.e.f. 9th October 2026. F&O trades shall be only allowed in contracts with expiry up to 24th October 2026 until 9th October 2026.

(iii) Trading and Demat Accounts of all existing clients are scheduled to be closed on 24th October 2026.

2. Fund Withdrawals:

We urge all our clients to complete the actions applicable on their account before 24th October 2026. Withdraw your funds if any, on or before 24th October 2026.

Check your CapMint application to know your available fund Balance.

You may place a withdrawal request at any time before the closure date.

If no withdrawal request is received, the available balance will be transferred to your registered bank account as part of the account closure process, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Transfer Holdings:

If you hold securities in your Demat account, you may sell your holdings and withdraw the proceeds, or submit a transfer request to move them to another Demat account.

If no action is taken, your holdings will be transferred in accordance with the account closure process.
